Delete Your Account

Request the deletion of your account and personal data in compliance with GDPR Art. 17 (Right to Erasure) and Google Play Developer policies.

📱 How to delete in-app (Recommended)

Deleting your account directly from the app is the fastest, fully automated way to permanently erase your data.

Open the Simple Puppy app on your device.
Go to the Settings screen (gear icon on the top right).
Scroll down to the Account section.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the action in the dialogue. Your account and associated data will be removed immediately.

✉️ Manual Deletion Request

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request manual deletion via email. Please email us from the address registered with your account.

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is irreversible. All of your personal data, progress, and settings will be permanently erased. If you are the sole owner of a puppy profile, that profile and all of its history will be deleted as well.
