Deleting your account directly from the app is the fastest, fully automated way to permanently erase your data.
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request manual deletion via email. Please email us from the address registered with your account.
Request Deletion via Email⚠️ Important: Account deletion is irreversible. Your personal data, progress, and settings will be permanently erased. If you are the sole owner of a puppy profile, that profile and all of its history will be deleted as well.
The one exception is the record of any purchase you made — what you bought and when, tied to your account identifier. UK law requires us to keep transaction records for our accounts and tax returns, and keeping them also means “Restore purchases” still works if you reinstall the app. That record contains no pet data, photos or email address.
